Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your consultation, we will work with you to address your concerns or provide additional guidance at no extra cost, subject to our discretion.

3. Project-Based Services

Refund Eligibility

Refunds for project-based services may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Request made within 7 calendar days of project commencement
  • No substantial work has been completed or deliverables provided
  • Mutual agreement that the project scope cannot be fulfilled as originally defined
  • Documented failure to meet agreed-upon milestones due to our performance

Partial Refunds

If work has commenced, refunds will be calculated based on:

  • Completed work and deliverables provided
  • Time invested by our team
  • Resources allocated to your project
  • Any third-party costs incurred on your behalf

4. Monthly Retainer Services

Cancellation Terms

Monthly retainer agreements may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Prorated Refunds

Refunds for the current month will be prorated based on:

  • Services delivered up to the cancellation date
  • Ongoing work that cannot be reversed
  • Time invested in your account during the billing period

5. Refund Exclusions

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or business priorities after work has commenced

  • Dissatisfaction with results that meet the agreed-upon specifications
  • Third-party software or platform costs
  • Services completed more than 30 days prior to the refund request

  • ACH transfers: 5-7 business days
  • Wire transfers: 1-3 business days

Processing Fees

Payment processing fees are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the original processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider. Chargebacks may result in:

  • Termination of our business relationship
